Is the PUR Equestrian Treat sugar-free?

Our PUR Equestrian Treat contains no added sugar. However, a sweetened version made with recycled maple syrup is available for those with a sweet tooth.

Does the PUR Equestrian Treat have an expiration date?

Our PUR Equestrian Treat has a shelf life of up to 12 months. It is designed to withstand temperature fluctuations during transport and seasonal changes, and stays fresh in both hot and cold weather without the risk of premature spoilage.
Does the PUR Equestrian Treat stain?

What does PRAXI mean?

The term “PRAXIS” has its roots in Greek philosophy and refers to concrete action or practice, as opposed to theory. In the context of our PRAXIS equestrian product line, this highlights the importance of taking concrete action to care for horses by putting into practice a natural, eco-friendly, and environmentally responsible approach.
Do you have any tips for using the Eco-friendly Equestrian Soap properly?

Wetting and Application: Wet your horse thoroughly, then apply the soap by gently rubbing it in to work up a lather. Its formula, rich in plant oils, gently cleanses and moisturizes your horse’s skin and coat.

Rinse Time: Let the soap sit for a few minutes. During this time, the natural ingredients revitalize your horse’s skin and coat.

Rinsing: Rinse your horse thoroughly with clean water to remove all lather and soap residue. Hang the soap to dry and store it.
Can I use the Eco-friendly Equestrian Soap when I take a shower?

Of course, our Equestrian Soap isn’t just for horses—it’s also suitable for human use. Enjoy its nourishing benefits to care for your skin.

My friend would like us to take part in a Chevallove Moment, but I’m afraid of horses—is it still a good idea?

This is highly recommended for anyone who is afraid of horses. During a Chevallove Moment, we will go at your own pace and explain every one of the horse’s behaviors to help you feel at ease. We will never put you in a difficult or unsafe situation. Plus, our horse Spirit has a calm temperament and is used to being around children.

I’d like to offer a Chevallove Moment to my 6-year-old to introduce them to horses. Is that possible?

That is possible, but children under 8 must be accompanied by a paying adult family member or responsible guardian.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
